Andrew Murray Bodwell (ABT 1844-1911)

Andrew lived in Walla Walla, Washington prior to 1909; then in Vancouver, B.C. (Heather Robertson).

Before Vancouver changed to numbered streets, there was a Bodwell Street which most likely was named for Andrew Murray Bodwell. While Bodwell College was in the planning phase the architect saw the name Bodwell on the old property survey and suggested the name Bodwell College to the founders. (Donald J.
