Henry Walker Bodwell (1890-1956)

Henry attended Salem schools, then joined his father and others in his family in the wood heel business on Bridge Street, Salem, Nh. He also worked for the Salem Water Department, and was a member and Worshipful Master of Spicket Lodge #85.

When the family wood heel business was discontinued he went to Columbus, Ohio, and later to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where he was active in the same industry. Upon his retirement he came back to New Hampshire and lived in Hampton. (History of Salem 1900-1974).
